The most expensive home to sell was a 4200 SqFt residence in the Deer Flats/Fisherman Flats neighborhood that features 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms plus office and 180 degree valley and forest views; originally listed for 1.995 million and selling 217 days later for 1.895 million.
There are currently 50 homes active on the market and 29 homes pending sale.
