Nicole and Zak arranged for and were always present for: 1) 5 pre-inspections: physical, sewer, roof, chimney, and pest. 2) Home staging 3) House cleaning 4) Showings to pre-qualified potential buyers 5) Broker caravan The home was priced competitively which generated a lot of interested and eager buyers. This coupled with a lack of inventory of similar homes for sale in the area produced several qualified all-cash offers. In the end, the house was sold in excess of two million dollars over asking price in less than 2 weeks. The entire process, front start to finish went without a hitch. I would recommend Nicole and Zak, and Sotheby’s to anyone needing a broker/agent in the Carmel Area. They really took care of everything I needed, were very responsive and respectful of the estate’s needs, and were very easy and pleasant to work with. A very satisfied client.
