The Total Inventory of Properties available for sale as of April was 121, up 5.2% from 115 last month and down 24.4% from 160 in April of last year. The April 2011 Selling Price per Square Foot of $368 was up 2.7% from $358 last month and up 0.1% from 368 in April of last year.
