16 new listings hit the market in December, down from 26 new listings in November. 157 Spindrift, a California Modern Masterpiece home that was also featured in the movie Basic Instinct, situated on 2 Oceanfront acres, this home is listed for 16.995 million.
There are currently 119 homes currently on the market and 35 homes pending sale.
