March Property sales were 22, up 29.4% from 17 in March of 2010 and 10.0% higher than the 20 sales last month. March 2011 sales were at their highest level compared to March of 2010 and 2009. March YTD sales of 58 are running 56.8% ahead of last year’s year-to-date sales of 37.
The Median Sales Price in March was $1,055,000, up 38.8% from $760,000 in March of 2010 and down 0.4% from $1,059,000 last month. The Average Sales Price in March was $1,379,893, up 34.8% from $1,023,735 in March of 2010 and up 10.8% from $1,245,313 last month.
